The home’s five suites can accommodate up to 14 guests.

Payment Schedule

50% due at time of booking or paid in full within 45 days of arrival.

Remaining balance due 45 days before arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in

  • If cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you'll be charged 50% for all nights

  • If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, you'll be charged 100% for all nights

  • Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in

 

Security deposit

A pre-authorization of $300 is due 1 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure.
